Delete Your Charith Partner Account
How to request deletion
- Send an email to admin@charith.it.com with the subject "Delete my Charith Partner account", sent from the email address registered on your account.
- We verify the request matches your registered account.
- Your account and personal data are deleted within 30 days of a verified request.
What gets deleted
- Your name, email, phone number, and UPI ID
- Your uploaded ID proof document
- Your login credentials
- Your quiz attempts and language preference
What we retain, and why
Leads you submitted and any associated payout records are retained even after account deletion, with your identifying details removed where possible. This is necessary to keep accurate financial and business records for leads that are still being processed or have already resulted in a paid commission — we're legally and practically required to keep a record of payouts we've made. This data is retained for 7 years, in line with standard financial record-keeping practice in India.
